Mutton Karhai recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1kg mutton pieces
• 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 4 bay leaves
• 2 onions fines chopped
• 2 green chillies
• 1/3 Cup oil
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 3 teaspoon ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 2 teaspoon chillie powder
• 2 teaspoon kashmiri chillies
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon cumin/coriander spice
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• Salt to taste
• 4 tomatoes grated
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1/2 Cup yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
