• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
• 1 unglazed clay pot (testi), sealed with dough around the lid
