Ingredients

• 1 pk Fresh spinach; (tear up)
• 1 Box fresh mushrooms sliced
• 2 cn Sliced water chestnuts;
• 1 Red pepper thinly sliced
• 1 cn Baby corn cut; (1/2 inch
• 1 Finely diced purple onion
• 1/3 pk Thin chow mein noodles
• 1/3 c Lemon juice
• 1/3 c Vinegar
• 1 ts Salt
• 1 ts Soy sauce
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 1/2 c olive oil
