Peach Buttermilk Pancakes Recipe | Cookooree

Ingredients

• 1-1/3 cups sifted flour
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 3/4 cup peach puree*
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• *You can run your peaches through a food processor or use baby food. I went the "I don't want to clean more stuff" route and mashed diced peaches with my whisk, producing a course puree.
