• 1 box store-bought fudge brownie mix (prepared, cooled and diced into 1"x1" squares)
• *Cacao Nib Whipped Cream
• 1 tablespoon Cacao Nibs, barely chopped
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 cup water
• 1 bunch fresh spearmint
• 1 pint heavy whipping cream
• ⅓ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
• 1 tablespoon cacao nibs, finely chopped
• ½ cup Mint Simple Syrup
