Healthy Beetroot Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• 1200 ml chicken stock/water
• 50 g beetroot, diced, boiled, drain well
• 40 g Morinaga Chil School Gold Strawberry Flavor powder milk
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolve it with a bit of water
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 200 g chicken meat, dice it
• 30 g margarine Seasoning:
• 40 g onion, chopped it
• 3 cloves of garlic, chopped it
• ½ teaspoon ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon fine salt
