Ingredients

• 300 g of dry bread
• 500 ml of milk
• 100 g of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 50 g of melted butter
• 50 g of raisins (optional)
• 30 g of chopped walnuts or pine nuts (optional)
• 1 apple (optional, diced)
• 30 g of unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for a more indulgent version)
• 1 sachet of vanilla flavouring or some grated lemon peel
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
