• 1 box lemon cake mix
• 1½ tsp Amoretti® Lemon Compound
• 1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
• COLORED FONDANT: 1 or 2 handfuls Amoretti® Massamoretti Rolling Fondant
• ⅛ tsp Amoretti® Natural Orange Food Color W.S.
• ⅛ tsp Amoretti® Bora Bora Blue Food Color W.S.
• ⅛ tsp Amoretti® Natural Yellow Food Color W.S.
• 3 tbsp cornstarch
