• 1 rear quarter of a javelina
• Crockpot
• 1 bottle of roasted garlic marinade (or your favorite marinade)
• 2 32 oz containers of beef stock
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Soft taco shells (white or corn; whatever you prefer)
• Diced red onion
• lime juice
• shredded cheese
• sour cream
