Cheesy Orzo with Italian Sausage – Catanexus

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups of uncooked orzo- use about 3 cups if the orzo is already cooked
• 1 small white onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/2 green bell pepper (I used a red pepper in my recipe to add some color)
• 1 cup of bite sized broccoli florets
• 1 package hot Italian sausage (about 16 oz)
• Salt & Pep
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
