Peanut Dip

Ingredients

• 2 tbsps sunflower oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 6 tbsps crunchy peanut butter
• 120 ml/4 fl oz water
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
