Ingredients

• For the crust:
• 100 g First Choice Butter
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 5 tsp oil
• 1 1/3 tsp baking powder
• 5 tsp castor sugar
• For the filling:
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 3 tubs of First Choice Smooth Cottage Cheese
• 250 ml First Choice Cream
• 1/2 cup cake flour
• For the topping:
• fresh berries and fruit for decoration
• First Choice Whipping Cream
• First Choice Strawberry Dessert Topping
