Ingredients

• 1 kg button mushrooms, cleaned
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 3 tbsp Gold ‘Smooth Flavour’ Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ tsp parsley, chopped
• ½ tsp chopped thyme
• ½ tsp brown sugar
• Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
