Venison Chili - How to Cook Meat

Ingredients
- 1½‒2 pounds ground venison
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2‒3 Tbsp chili powder (recipe below)
- 2‒3 cups beef stock
- 2‒3 cups water
- 1½ cups crushed tomatoes
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup (wet) kidney beans
