Ingredients

• 1 ½ lb flank steak, at room temperature for even grilling
• 1 red bell pepper, seeds and stem removed, cut into 3 pieces
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 tbsp canola oil for brushing
• 4 tsp <a href="/products/weber-chicago-steak-seasoning">Weber® Chicago Steak® Seasoning</a>
• 1 baguette, divided
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 6–8 sharp provolone cheese, sliced
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
