Zucchini lasagna

Ingredients

• 1-2 medium size zucchini
• 1-2 cups of spinach
• 1 cup tomato sauce ( I use raos )
• 2tbs pesto tahini
• 2tbs spicy tahini
• 1/2 cup of your favorite shredded cheese
• 3 zucchini
• 3 squash
• 2-3 cups cauliflower rice
• 1 cup chick peas beans
• 1 bunch scallions
• 1 bunch parsley
• 2 Tbs avocado oil ( or your favorite)
