• 2 cups celery, sliced (optional)
• 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
• 1 jar (2 lbs.) mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp. mustard
• 1/2 jar (4 oz.) sweet relish
• 1/4 cup sugar
• Milk
• Salt and pepper, to taste
