- Zest of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 13.5 oz. can Heinen’s unsweetened coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2-3 fresh mint sprigs
