- 2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt

- 1.5 cups White chickpeas (chole)
- 2 piece Onion (finely sliced)
- 2 cups Tomato (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 piece Green chili (slit into half)
- 2 tsp Chole masala powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder as per taste
- 3 tbsp Salt
- 1 cup Oil
- Khoya/mawa (or milk powder, 1 cup + 2 tbsp milk) 2 tbsp Maida (all-purpose flour)
- 0.25 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 2 cups Water
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tbsp Semolina (rava) optional
- 1 piece Tea bag to garnish
- 4 cups Fresh coriander
- 0.5 tsp Cardamom pods
- as required Rose water
- as required Saffron strands
