• 100g packet sliced spicy salami
• 300g punnet medley tomatoes, halved
• 8 slices mortadella, halved
• 2 x 180g tubs cherry bocconcini, drained
• 280g jar marinated artichokes, drained
• 465g jar roasted capsicum, drained, cut into 3cm pieces
• 230g jar pitted green olives, drained
• 24 x 15cm wooden skewers
• Fresh basil leaves, caramelised balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, to serve
