Ingredients

• 2 T. vegetable oil
• 2 t. dried oregano
• 1 pound diced cooked chicken
• 1t. coriander
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 t. cumin
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 can white beans
• 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or water
• 2 ears fresh corn
• 1 pound fresh tomatillos, chopped
• salt and pepper
• 1 pound fresh tomatoes, chopped, prefferably yellow ones
• 1 diced hot pepper, any kind
• 1 lime
