• 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
• 1 tbsp Avocado oil
• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
• 1 pt Cherry Tomatoes halved
• 1 Shallot minced
• 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbsp Honey
• 1/4 tsp Salt
