Chicken Squares recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 3-4 chicken fillets cubed
• 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
• 1 & ½ tablespoon Green Chilli paste
• 1 tablespoon green chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon black pepper powder or white
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice (optional)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Add
• Little oil (3 Tbldp)
• 3 Eggs well beaten
• ¼ Can creamstyle corn
• ½ cup steamed mixed veg
• Add the soaked bread
• 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (OR 1 teaspoon Lemon juice)
• Handful of chopped green dhania (coriander)
• Allow to cool
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 1 level teaspoon jeera powder. Optional
• ½ teaspoon dhana powder
