Chicken Manchurian recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 500 g Chicken Fillets in Cubes or Strips
• 3-4 tablespoon Mazina /Corn flour
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or paste
• 1 egg (beaten up)
• Little Salt
• Little Crushed Black pepper
• Add crushed garlic few slices of Ginger
• 2 thinly sliced green chilli in strips
• Add few slices onion
• Few Robot peppers
• Add chicken stork
• Some Soya Sauce ( or Worcester)
• Add the Chicken
• Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
