Chicken And Chips recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 heaped tablespoon ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon crushed red chilli
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon tumeric
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ can tomato puree
• (Optional: can omit 2 Elachi (cardomom) pods 2 cloves
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
• Add all the marinated chicken .
• Add water if required to soften the chicken pieces
