Ingredients

• 2 cups of cake flour (180 g)
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 cup of granulated sugar (150 g)
• Pinch of ground cinnamon
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup Greek yogurt (220 ml)
• 2/3 cup of Spanish extra virgin olive oil (160 ml)
• 1 large apple (peeled and diced into small chunks)
• 1/8 cup butter (30 g at room temperature (For a healthier option, sub for extra virgin olive oil))
• 1/4 cup brown sugar (90 g)
• 1/4 cup flour (30 g)
• 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 Apple (peeled and thinly sliced)
