• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 medium chopped onion
• 1/2 small head white cabbage (chopped)
• kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
