I have been seeing a few recipes for baked onion rings and thought I better try one! My husband and I LOVE onion rings!

- 2 Vidalia Onions (Sliced into thick rings)
- 2 ¼ cups whole milk
- ½ cup Panko Bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Italian seasoned Bread crumbs
- ¼ cup Ritz Crackers (crushed)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 6 Tablespoons buffalo sauce (hot)
- 4 Tablespoons water
- 1 ½ cups ranch dressing
