Dressed Whitby Crab - Deliciously Yorkshire

Ingredients

• 1-2 cooked crabs will give sufficient white and brown crab meat for this recipe
• 150mls mayonnaise
• 50g brown breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 2 hard boiled eggs yolks and white separated and chopped finely
• 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
