• 1 (5oz) can Skipjack Wild Tuna,  undrained

• 1 (5oz) can Albacore Wild Tuna, undrained
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• Dash of ground black pepper
• 1 tsp olive oil
