- olive oil, for brushing & cooking
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce plus extra to serve
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- Sweet chilli sauce to serve
