This gorgeous terrine looks amazing on the table and tastes fabulous too.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets of gelatine
- 300 g fresh raspberries
- 600 ml of cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- ½ vanilla pod, seeds reserved
- 75 g icing sugar
- 75 ml white wine vinegar
- 75 ml cold water
- 12 sponge finger biscuits
- Toasted flaked almonds to decorate
- Edible silver balls to decorate
