• 1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder

• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 3 cups beef stock or low-sodium broth
• 1 15 oz can hominy
• Cheddar cheese shredded, for serving
• Fresh cilantro chopped, for serving
