• 150 g vegan yoghurt substitute nature (soya)
• 250 g leek
• 800 g waxy potatoes
• 1 organic lemons
• 1 cucumbers
• 1 garlic cloves
• 3 sprig peppermint
• 6 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp potato starch
• ½ tsp caraway seeds
• 1 tsp salt
• a little pepper
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste
