Mayonnaise Fish Bake recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• Any type of fish can be used
• ¼ cup Mayonnaise
• ¼ cup Nandos Pepper Sauce
• ¼ cup Steers garlic sauce
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic flakes
• 1 teaspoon innapamans chilli & garlic
• 1 teaspoon innapamans garlic & herb
• 1 teaspoon crushed green chillies or more if you like it strong
• 1 white teaspoon pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice preferably fresh
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 onion cut into rounds
• 1 tomatoe cut into rounds
• 1 medium green pepper into round
• A handful of chopped dhania (coriander)
• Butter
