Fish Cakes - SOULFUL BAKES

Ingredients

• 200 g Fish cut into cubes without bones
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 cup Potato mashed
• 3/4 cup Onion finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Chopped green chillies
• 2 tsp Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp Parsley leaves chopped fine
• 2 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 tbsp Refined oil for frying
• 1 count Lightly beaten egg
• 1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
