Chocolate Quinoa Flourless Cake - Love Your Abode

Ingredients

• 2 cups loosely packed cooked quinoa (just follow the directions on the quinoa bag)
• 3/4 cup melted butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 box of heavy whipping cream (1 quart)
• 2/3 cup powdered sugar
• (optional) strawberries and raspberries to decorate and fill the cake
