• 1/2kg tenderised steak cut into pieces
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic (rub into steak)
• 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
• Fresh cracked black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika spice(depends on the heat)
• 1 teaspoon chicken spice
• 1 teaspoon portugese spice
• 1 teaspoon bbq spice
• 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chillies(dry)
• 1grated tomato
• 1/2onion- finely chopped
• 2tbs oil of choice
