Masala Pepper Steak + Mushroom Sauce / My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 kg rump / topside / fillet steak cut into big cubes ( steak shrinks as you cook )
• 1 tablespoon garlic ( flat tablespoon )
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• Ground green chili
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• ¾ to 1 flat teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 ½ teaspoon gori MA's BBQ spice
• 1 ½ teaspoon gori ma's steak and chops spice
• add the salts last after it cooks as some spices are salty
• 1 chopped onion
• Oil and butter
• Chopped onion
• ½ teaspoon garlic
• Salt and pepper
• Milk
