These aren't your ordinary steamed mussels! White wine, smoked paprika and garlic turn these mussels up a notch
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Fresh mussels
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 cup White wine
- 28 oz Can of tomatoes
- Small handful fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Loaf crusty bread, for serving
