Blintz Souffle II

Ingredients

• 2 packages (12 total) cheese blintzes, defrosted
• 1/2 stick butter or margarine (about 1/4 cup)
• 1-1/2 cups sour cream
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 4 eggs, well beaten
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tbsp. frozen orange juice undiluted (optional)
