BBQ Tofu Strips Recipe | Tofuture – Tofuture - Transforming Tofu

Ingredients

• 1 x 400g packet tofu, well-pressed
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 2 dashes of liquid smoke (you can use 1/2 tsp smoked paprika for a slightly different but still smoky flavour)
• 2 tsp tamari
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or substitute with lemon juice)
• 2 tbsp of water
