- 1tsp Dried thyme
- 2 bay leaf
- 2tbsp tomato paste
- 1tbsp plain flour
- 125ml red wine
- 250ml vegetable stock
- 100g frozen peas
- 297g potato
- 59g unsalted butter
- 99ml milk of choice
- 2tbsp olive oil
