Ingredients

• 1 bunch kale
• 0.38 lb oyster mushrooms, torn into pieces
• 1 unit sweet potato, thinly sliced
• 1 unit red onion, thinly sliced
• 0.38 cup olive oil
• 1 taste salt
• 1 taste black pepper
• 1.25 cup white rice
• 4 unit egg
• 1.33 tbsp sesame oil
• 1.33 tbsp gochujang
• 1 cup kimchi (optional)
