Maple & Brown Butter Apple Crisp – Eden Eats

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup butter, melted and browned
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ cups rolled oats
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup maple syrup
• Juicy pinch of sea salt
• 6 apples (I used Ambrosia), cored and thinly sliced
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup maple syrup
• ¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
