- 1 tablespoon ancho powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt
- pepper
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Crumbly white cheese, spicy chili flakes, chopped red onion, fresh chopped parsley
