• 3 tablespoons corn oil
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
• 3-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
• 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
• 1-1/2 teaspoons leaf oregano
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
