• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 x 500g jar your favourite tomato pasta sauce
• 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 2 cups (500mL) water
• 1 ½ cups dried macaroni pasta
• ½ x 1kg packet McCain Winter Vegetables
• Parmesan to serve
