- 1 kilo semolina
- 300 g Lurpak® Unsalted Butter, softened
- 60 g plain flour
- 120 ml vegetable oil
- 60 ml rose water
- 15 g yeast dissolved in water
- ½ tsp ground mahlab
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 500 g walnuts, finely chopped
- 100 g sugar
- icing sugar
