• 2 zucchini medium size
• 1 cup coriander leaves
• 1 cup parsley leaves
• 1 avocado
• 1 small red onion
• 2 handfuls rocket
• 2-3 cans tuna 185 gram each can
• 3 tablespoons almonds slivered

• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 6 tablespoons lemon juice
